made this wedding cake for a summer wedding...I was on pins and needles the whole time, hoping the buttercream wouldn't melt, worrying about delivery, the setup etc....but it arrived fine!
each cake is a different flavor. chocolate cake w/chocolate buttercream filling, yellow cake w/ strawberry filling and red velvet with cream cheeses filling..all covered in white buttercream with handmade red gumpaste Roses.
I had no idea it would take so long to make, it me about 18 hours or so for baking and decorating. I learned so much through this experience, glad I took on the challenge.
